*OFFICIAL RULES

1. Winner need not be present at the time of the drawing.

2. 1st Prize.

a) HMB will perform a minimum of (1) 45 minute set at the venue of raffle winner's choosing.

b) If necessary, HMB can reschedule performance to fit their schedule.

c) Public venues must be cleared with local authorities.

d) HMB reserves the right to refuse performance if any illegal circumstances exist.

e) If venue is located outside Manhattan, NY or Brooklyn, NY, raffle winner must pay for all transportation costs

(gas,rental vehicles, tolls) in advance. If the venue located 30 miles or more from Grand Street Park in

Williamburg, Brooklyn, NY, raffle winner must pay for all transportation costs, plus room & board, in advance.

f) a sound PA is not required.

g) Performance must be before October 30, 2007

h) Outdoor performances are weather permitting.

3. Winners not present at drawing will be notified by phone & e-mail.

Prizes not claimed by August 15, 2007 will not be honored.
